How does the rental process work?

Simply browse our catalog, select your travel dates, and reserve online. You can choose home delivery across the country or pick up at one of our 18 retail partners. After your trek, return the gear using our prepaid return system or drop it off at your selected location.

Is the equipment cleaned and inspected?

Yes. All SYNORATH gear goes through a multi-point inspection and professional sanitation process after every rental. We replace worn components immediately and maintain detailed service logs to guarantee safety and reliability.

How do I choose the right size and equipment?

Our detailed sizing charts and trip-based gear recommendations make selection easy. For personalized advice, our outdoor specialists are available via live chat or phone to help tailor your gear list based on terrain, altitude, and trip duration.

What happens if equipment gets damaged?

We offer optional Trek Protection coverage that minimizes your financial responsibility in case of accidental damage. Normal wear is expected and included in your rental. For major damage, our team evaluates the item and provides a transparent cost breakdown.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak hiking seasons (May–September), we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. For specialized expeditions or large group trips, reserving 4–6 weeks early ensures availability of premium technical gear.
